wee. last night was fun. i got to go up on stage and stuff. [youth group]

firstest, we played a game where we had a bunch of chairs in a circle..
and you had to pick a little peice of paper out of a basket
the little peice of paper had the name of a fruit on it
[i was a peach ;)] and the person in the middle calls out the name of a fruit..
and everyone with that fruit name has to switch chairs with someone who got up.
OR you can be all, peach, apple, plum, banana and ALL those have to get up..
ORRR you can say upset the fruit basket and EVERRRRYBODY has to get up and find a new chair.
if you cant find a chair [theres only one chair missing so that someone has to be up],
you're in the middle and you have to call the fruit. twas very fun.
we were talking about this because the sermon thingie was about bearing bad and good [spiritual] fruit... the fruit of the spirit and stuff.. my name got mentioned during the sermon alot woo ;] like the youth pastor will be all.. like [name] always has a smile on her face, [name] is always happy, etc etc. i was one of those WOO and then he asked for 6 volunteers, 3 boys, 3 girls, i got picked as a volunteer yaaaaaaay! so i went up on stage with maria and skittles, and 3 other guys..bernard, -ponders- and.. i dont remember who else was there. well, the youth pastor gave the boys oranges, and the girls, us, tangerines, which looked like nasty tiny oranges. he was all, which one do you think will taste better? and most people said the oranges. well he cut them all in half.. and on the count of 3 we had to squeeze as much juice as we could in our mouths and swallow it before he said stop.. LMBO, i had it all dripping down my face and arms and everything.. hahah.. when he said stop, he asked us how it tasted, the girls said good, the guys were all.. -sour face- -.- fantastic.. [sarcastic] he let us go wash our hands and face.. good thing.. my shirt was all dirty egh >.< but that was fuuun =] yeah and then we had announcementsssss.. drama, step, dance practice.. blah blah blah, and 3 things I'M going to.. one is the worship service that was scheduled for earlier this month, but the youth pastor messed up and scheduled it on superbowl sunday, so he had to reschedule it, its feb 27 now.. and then theres a youth yard sale and car wash on march 5th that i'm going to help with.. you can wash cars or help sell stuff.. i had an idea, to sell my famous [well, atleast in florida and to people who visit florida ;)] lemonade. the money we make washing cars and selling stuff goes to the youth group stuff so we can do more fun things and to speed the light, which is a fund we do for missionaries.. LAST YEAR THEY GOT TO BUY A CAR FROM OUR SPEED THE LIGHT FUND MONEY. woooooooooooooooooo. anyways, the next thing is a mandatory meeting on march 6th if you're interested in going on the mission trip.. they finally figured out where they're going, we WERE going to the bahamas.. but now we're going to arkansas to a children's home there. =] still good. so yep.. i kinda want to do the talent show next thursday.. but i dont know.. the last day and only day we can show the youth pastor the stuff we're going to do is this sunday, we can do it today or tomorrow. boo. -.-  he has to approve it before we can do it. hm.. well i'm gonna eat. ttyl ;]

holy fig newtons.. i had so much fun at the concert on sunday. i'll tell you eeeverything. okay. so on the way over we rode in ally's [one of the youth pastors] car because the church van is too noisy and annoying. so it was reeally fun.. it was me, kristen, ariel, and the other ariel. wooooo be careful when you get us together ;] oh, well that was just the backseat.. there was this girl up front.. ..who is she you ask? dont know, dont care. so anyways.. we blew kisses at all the mustangs XD they rockkk. yeah. and we were all.. laughing at ugly guys.. and every time there was a hott guy ariel was all, mm he is FUUUINE. so funnyyyy. so then like we got to carpenter's home churccch where the concert was being held. its so huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge. there were pews instead of seats.. cept for in the balcony, theres like football stadium seats up there..me and ariel went up there just to see what it was like, seeing all those people was blinding. i'm serious. while we were up there, we saw tait's drummer getting on stage, and she was all, HEY. HEY YALL. LOOK UP. and then these smoke jet thingies went off and the crowd screamed and stuff right when she was yelling at them.. it was so funny, she was all, yeah yall did that on PURPOSE.  so then anyways we heard all the people sing cept for tobymac and tait, rachael lampa rocked, i cant tell the difference from her live and on her CD. so cool. and towards the end of the concert tait got on and me and ariel SCREAMED OUR HEADS OFF AND STOOD UP ON THE PEWS WOOOOOOO. and so we had asked the youth pastor if we could run up to the front in front of the stage when tait and toby came on.. and he said, i dont think they're allowing people up there but you can try..so we tried to go up there twice and security told us to go back both times.. but the third time we ran away from him and we got up there. it was so awesome.. we were standin up on the pews and it was like a club setting.. we were up close to the speakers though and my ears died after the concert ;] it was sooo awesome. i had this paper thing that i was waving that was taller than everyone, and tait and one of his dudes pointed to us and rapped to us. ahh -sighs- so awesome. OH MY GOSH, when toby did extreme days, i flipped out. okay well, i wanna talk to annie so, i'll edit this and tell anything else later. bye. =]

i went ice skating today.. much much fun, convo below that says almost everything..

 Me [5:49 PM]:  HOW DO YOU LACE THIS CRAP, like only shelby knew, because she ice skated when she was little 
 Me [5:49 PM]:  and so we got it all laced and stuff 
 Me [5:49 PM]:  and we got on the ice and ariel was all scared 
 Me[5:49 PM]:  so then me and shelby and ariel were like clinging to eachother XD 
 Me [5:49 PM]:  and then 5 minutes later i learned how to do it it rocked ^.^

 Me [5:57 PM]:  so then we had to get off the ice at 3.. so we took millions of pictures as a group, and then me and ariel took pictures of us on the ice and stuff with my camera.. and so then we went to our locker to get our ice skates off and stuff and it was soooooo coooooooold when i got mine off

 Me [5:58 PM]:  i had to put my feet in the actual ice skates =\

 Me [5:58 PM]:  ashlin brought another pair of socks but she left them in the van -crosses her arms- too bad.. 
 Me [5:58 PM]:  and shelby couldnt get her skates off 0.0 
 Me [5:59 PM]:  and actually, i just noticed a cut i got from ice skating.. hm..
